We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Azure Cloud Technical Manager** to join the team. This role will be revolving around managing a current team of 5 Cloud Engineers and growing, handling project management tasks, managing workloads, and dealing with different levels of skilled resources and different personalities. This role requires excellent people skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

Cloocus (HQ is in Korea) is looking for the following positions.

Location: PJ (Malaysia based)

**Responsibilities**

1. **Project Management**: Oversee and manage the successful completion of all cloud-related projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Should be hands-on with Project management tools and Solution Design practices.

2. **Managing Workload**: Effectively manage and distribute workload among the team to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

3. **Team Management**: Lead a team of 5 or more, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Handle any personnel issues promptly and professionally.

4. **Solution Architecture and Design**: Able to create feasible architecture for the requirement implementation or review such artifacts and identify issues or gaps and be able to communicate to all the stake holders involved, Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical and Team at client side.

**5. Customer Interaction**: Regularly interact with customers, demonstrating a good command of English. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

6. **People Skills**: Ability to motivate the team, guide, provide direction, upbring their skills and provide necessary support. Utilize excellent people skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any dissatisfaction promptly and professionally, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

7. **Firefighting (Customer Resolutions)**: Act as the primary point of contact for any major incidents or issues. Implement effective solutions to resolve these issues promptly.

8. **24x7 Support**: Establish and manage a 24x7 support system for customers, ensuring that assistance is always available when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Azure Cloud Environment (Migrations, M365, Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Security, Networking, Kubernetes, Databases, Analytics, AI/ML, etc). Hands-on previous experience is preferred, and necessary Azure certifications.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Cloud/Azure environments at ideally a vendor side
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent command of English.
- Exceptional people skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
