Factory Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operations Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, supervise, and motivate factory staff. Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely distribution. Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety audits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- **Logistics and Distribution**: Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and delivery schedules. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- **Budget and Cost Management**: Develop and manage the warehouse/factory budget. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery schedules and maintaining product quality. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- **Technology Utilization**: Train staff on technology usage and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of more than 3 years as a factory operator or in a similar role.
- Degree holders are preferable.
- Salary will be given based on experience and educational level.
- Strong knowledge of factory management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related softwares.
- Willing to accept new tasks and execute with proper guidance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
