- Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering
- **Work Experience**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Business development
- **Knowledge**
- Basic business knowledge
- Some technical knowledge/ background would be an advantage
- **Skills**
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
- Communication skill
- Presentation skill

**The Job**:

- To assist in business development of current & potential OEM accounts in meeting yearly sales revenue and gross profit margin.
- To manage & service the existing OEM accounts by improving & increasing the revenue & create customers’ loyalty for a long term business relationship
- To assist in handling customer’s complaint and feedback from customers on any operation and product quality matter.
- To perform collection management promptly and efficiently.
- Plan & organize any related activities to potential & existing customers in order to improve services & sales like technical/ product training, conferences, workshops, factory visitation, etc.
- To prepare progress report on monthly basis on new business development, new product development, sales performance of current business account.
- To assist in daily business operation activity and to perform any other tasks and assignment requested by the superior.
