**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarizing yourself with our products and services offered.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Conduct presentations and provide consultations and solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling strategies and evaluate customer needs.
- Track and records sales activities to ensure achieving monthly KPI.
- Assist the client with the claims process, helping them navigate any issues that arise and ensuring that they receive the benefits they are entitled to.
- Staying up-to-date on industry changes, such as new products or regulations, in order to provide the most current and accurate advice to clients.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Passionate to serve others and provides consultation to clients.
- Customer-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Fresh grads, Ex-Cabin Crews, Service Industry, Beauty Industry & Marketing Industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Being initiative will be added advantage.
- True team player and love to support when necessary.
