**Job description**
1. Coordinate monthly group payroll
2. Complete coordination of full payroll cycle from onboarding to exit
3. Preparing and verifying payroll reports for monthly submission and ad-hoc requests
4. Consolidate group payroll reports for Management
5. Monitor timeline of contracts and probation
6. Ensuring the accuracy of payroll software database
7. Maintain Company org chart for all entities
8. Any other task that may be assigned by your superior or Management
**Requirements**:
- **A degree in Human Resource Management / Mathematics / Business Administration and 3 years of full payroll experience or a Diploma in any field with at least 5 years of full payroll experience**:
- Excellent calculation and MS excel skills
- **The ability to speak basic Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise easily with all branches and outlets**:
- Experience in using HR2000 software is preferred - TMS, Quick pay and E-leave
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
