**Job description**
- Coordinate monthly group payroll
- Complete coordination of full payroll cycle from onboarding to exit
- Preparing and verifying payroll reports for monthly submission and ad-hoc requests
- Consolidate group payroll reports for Management
- Monitor timeline of contracts and probation
- Ensuring the accuracy of payroll software database
- Maintain Company org chart for all entities
- Any other task that may be assigned by your superior or Management

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Human Resource Management / Mathematics / Business Administration and 3 years of full payroll experience or a Diploma in any field with at least 5 years of full payroll experience
- Excellent calculation and MS excel skills
- Experience in using HR2000 software is preferred - TMS, Quickpay and E-leave
- _The ability to speak_ **basic Mandarin**_ _will be an added advantage to liaise easily with all branches and outlets_

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
