**Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable**
**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Perform outstanding bank reconciliation items to ensure they are cleared promptly.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
- Knowledge in Accounting Software, Xero preferred.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
