**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure all non-trade payable invoice captured in system
- To assist the overall administrative section for the company
- Supervise Receptionist, and General cleaner
- To assist in shipping operation section by preparing basic related documents for customs clearance
- To assist basic treasury related matter inclusive opening/closing accounts, Jompay and non-trade payable Payment
- To provide basic accounting support to the Finance department such as prepare payment voucher, analyze expense for management decision

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in Admin and account
- Min Diploma in Business Administration
- Able to work in Segambut

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
