**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers to office, incoming telephone call and inquiries
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management and other department's needs.
- Act as the point of contract between the executives and internal or external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practices.
- Communicate between Client and Supplier, and provide the suggestion and solution.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.

**Requirement**:

- Required languages: Malay, English, Mandarin.
- Min. experience: 1 year.
- **FRESH GRADUATE** with keen interest in this position are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
