Summary:
To monitor and analyze all summonses from the customer that are using car rental with Mayflower.
- Reporting submission for corporate customers, Send a monthly summon report to corporate customer for their updated car summonses.
- Daily RFG request on summonses checking from nationwide
- Regularly checking the summonses of all PDRM/JPJ & Local Councils website
- Handle daily customer inquiries and providing supporting by each vehicle
- Liase with customer on all the summon matters-Discount/ customer pay on their own
- Managing and check all summonses via all authorities website daily and update in the control worksheet
- Be EHS coordinator by handling Covid-19 cases and accident happens in MCR

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 year working experience,

Technical Knowledge / Skills:

- MICROSOFT EXCEL
- MICROSOFT WORD
- OUTLOOK

People Knowledge / Skills:

- Able to multi-task
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of verbal and written English/Malay
- Able to work independently and in a team with high of sense of responsibilityDeliver customers support & services effectively

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Assistant: 5 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Segambut: Relocate before starting work (required)
