Sales Support Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations and assists sales staff to achieve their sales targets with new and existing accounts.
- Maintains customer files and follows up on inquiries with the Senior Sales Coordinator and Sales Team.
- Generates P/Os, invoices, general reporting and carries out administrative and clerical duties.
- To provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative services.
- To attend to incoming calls, enquiries and complaints.
- Responsible for collection.
- Attends events to assist with the facilitation of operations and respond to emergencies, problems, etc.; ensure assigned aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plans.
- Working location: Segambut
**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Segambut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
