Clerk, Female Changing Room

Key Roles:
Carry out daily checking and monitor to ensure that all facilities and member supplies in Female Changing Room (FCR) are kept in a safe & tidy condition.
- Prepare and provide towels and required supplies/toiletries to members and guests.
- Answer customer inquiries, complaint or explain availability, policies and procedures of facilities.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of all facilities for member’s use.
- Refer members/guests problems or complaints to superior.
- Monitor, check and maintain of towels and supplies to ensure adequate availability and order new supplies when necessary.
- Maintain a lost-and-found collection.
- Investigate and inform all abnormal findings to the management/superior.
- Collect soiled towels for laundering.
- Maintain the required stock items.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience in golf industries or in the related field will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team.
- Able to work in shift and willing to work during weekend, Public Holidays and be on-call.
- Possesses own transport.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
