- To assist reporting manager for the day to day business activities.
- Ro support reporting manager fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the Division’s Quality System.
- Ensure that the information from the clients is kept as strictly confidential and never revealed to the third party.
- Assist operations in generating reports/certificates and invoicing.
- Monitor and generate daily progress report to clients.
- Keeping of necessary statistics reports required by his/her superior.
- Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum education SPM or College degree or Diploma or degree in business administration
- Presentable and good personality.
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office.

**Additional Information** REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of inspection skill will add to advantage.
- Able to read, write and understand well in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good understand/knowledge of the business operational activities and customer needs.
