As a Customer Services B2B Sales + Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain B2B clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize the customer experience.
- **B2B Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, leveraging market research and networking efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Create engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia assets, to attract and engage B2B prospects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to optimize marketing efforts and drive lead generation.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign refinement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth within the B2B market segment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, B2B sales, and digital marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
