**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to reach and engage B2B audiences.
- Align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:

- Optimize lead generation funnels and track performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- **Content Marketing**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars tailored to the B2B audience.
- Ensure content is distributed effectively across channels to reach the target audience.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize website and digital content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and execute paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific networks.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to refine strategies.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns that drove measurable business results.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with paid search campaigns.
- **Content Skills**:

- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for B2B audiences.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong analytical abilities with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
