1. Liaise with regulatory bodies for regulations adherence for DOSH, MBJB and JTK.

2. Responsible to attend and in-charge for any matters related to DOSH safety including yearly premise audit (OSHWA), renewal license for premise registration and related machines.

3. In-charge for matters related to air compressor machines (DOSH audit, certificate of fitness (CF) renewal, maintenance monitoring) and submit related report to Management on the matters.

4. Responsible for compulsory submission of Form JKKP 8 yearly before end of January.

5. In-charge with liaising with the Noise Risk Assessor on the Noise Risk Assessment (NRA) evaluation. For yearly surveillance, need to conduct internal NRA based on the criteria given in NRA checklist. Liaise together with the Safety Coordinator for NRA matters.

8. Handling renewal of MBJB license yearly.

9. Secretary for the Safety & Health Committee. Ensuring all related documentations are updated and well kept.

10. Arrange for safety meetings once every 3 months for any related safety matters arising. Minutes and attendance to be kept for proof of record.

11. Implementation of HIRARC in workplace together with appointed Safety Coordinator. Assist the Safety Coordinator in monitoring the effectiveness of HIRARC.

12. Providing proper safety labels to machines inside premise for safety references.

13. Execute HR and safety trainings to all company personnel.

14. Monitoring staff attendance and attending to disciplinary issues arising among staff.

15. Handling for the general maintenance process and liaising with contractors for any work done. Submit report to Top Management on any maintenance done and complaint received.

17. In charge for overall on-boarding, staff related disciplinary issues and resignation process.

18. Ensuring training plan is well developed for all personnel and sourcing for external training providers.

19. Liaising with the Management, Quality and Production department for execution of on-job trainings done.

20. Liaise with company appointed panel clinics for any medical checkup planned. Ensuring the medical reports are properly kept for easy reference and audit purposes.

21. Quotation sourcing, discussion and selection for service providers and suppliers needed by the Company (panel clinics, suppliers, maintenance, stationery, machines)

22. Focal person for monthly attendance calculation and attendance record keeping (all type of attendance for year-to-date record for every staff). Ensure all the documentation are updated and well kept.

23. Do the daily rounds in company after office hours to ensure all related power sources are switched off after work.

24. Ensuring stationery supplies are enough for all personnel usage. Liaise and re-order with appointed agent on the stationery supplies.

25. Calculation of OT x actual timesheet for monthly salary calculation.

26. Ensuring sensitive HR and company information is kept well under strict confidentiality.

27. Monitor, improve and implement all related acts and regulations as per following to Employment Act 1955 (Act 265) with strict adherence.

28. Observe and implement ISO requirements under relevant scopes for HR/Safety department.

29. Any adhoc instructions from the Top Management.

**Salary**: RM2,152.93 - RM9,837.86 per month
