**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and revising HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software systems to streamline HR processes and data management.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition strategies to foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Must come from Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
