JOB TITLE: HR AND ADMIN ASSISTANCE
INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING COMPANY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources:
- Help onboard new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and training schedules are coordinated.
- Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the benefits administration process, including health insurance, leave management, and other benefits.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Help in conducting employee performance reviews.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
- Handle organizational and clerical support tasks.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and appointments.
- Update and maintain company databases.
- Handle queries from managers and employees.
Compulsory requirements:
1. Expected salary range: RM2K to RM3K.
2. Education: Diploma or Degree holder.
3. Experience: must have at least 1 year experience handling HR & Admin.
4. Willing to work in Tangkak, Johor.
Notes:
1. Open race, open gender.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
