- Organize and manage HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Assist in report and document preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing Diploma or degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
