- This is an exciting opportunity join the Brand Guidance domain in Insights Division, Kantar Malaysia, working with a team of passionate brand builders to build significant impact on our client’s businesses. You will lead a strong team to deliver successful Brand Growth Programs and connect various data sources to deliver important insights and stories. As a key interface between Kantar and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports.
- You will be leading a small team of one to two team members who will support your operational and storytelling excellence. As an emerging leader, you will get to hone your leadership skills by learning how to elevate the skills of your team members, lead resources effectively and develop the careers of your line reports. You will also support the implementation of broader business initiatives sought at redefining the way we work and deepening the domain knowledge of the wider Brand Guidance team.
- Role Description
- The primary responsibility of the Consultant is to manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. The Consultant is also responsible for creating meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between Kantar and our clients.
- The role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance.

- A curious mind & collaborative nature
- 4-6 years proven experience in quantitative research and insights with a good background/experience in brand health tracking/ brand guidance work
- Desire to work in a highly exciting, fast-paced, and changing environment
- Proven track record to handle multiple workstreams and projects at the same time
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Has a passion for discovering stories and patterns hidden in datasets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with partners of all levels
