**Responsibilities**:
- to manage overall daily administrative functions
- provide pre and post sales admin support - prepare quotations, issue PO/DO/Invoice
- follow up on shipments delivery & ensure timely arrival of goods ordered
- keep/update stock records
- update and maintain office policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office (in particular Excel and Word)
- good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- attention to detail and problem solving skills
