**Responsibilities**:
- Perform admin duties such as filing, typing, sorting, checking of documents, generating reports and etc.
- Handle documentation and data entry and organize the filing system effectively.
- Manage all sales documents.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assists in data entry
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Possess 1-2 Years of working experience and are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software.
- Able to work independently and in teamwork.
- Interpersonal Skills & Good communication skills.
- Full-Time position available.
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
- Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
