General Office Administrative Duties
- Follow-up on outstanding payment
- Prepare sales contract & follow-up status ( if Needed)
- Prepare PR, invoice and PO
- Other adhoc duties as and when required
- General correspondence
- Attend to phone calls
- Able to travelling to collect Document ( if Needed)

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have own transport.
- 5 and Half days days job.
- Experience in Autocount only

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Autocount Software: 1 year (preferred)
