**Job Description of Human Resources Intern**:
Thoughtfull is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, HR and office management and operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**What you will do**:

- Assist with full cycle of recruitment operations:

- Coordinating interviews for HR and Hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Generate reports, data cleaning and consolidating.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives.
- Assist with HR communications, employee engagement activities and events (company-wide).
- Assist with end-to-end office management and operations.
- Support with liaising with building management for permits, permissions, staff ID and all related matters.
- Support with managing pantry and office supplies.
- Support with cleaning and servicing schedules related to office.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualifications:

- Current Enrolment: Diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- ** Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.**
- Skills and Competencies:

- Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Teamwork and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Additional Requirements:

- Availability: Willingness to commit to the internship duration, ranging from 3 to 6 months.
