1. Performs a variety of office support and/or secretarial duties for a specified unit/department, such as composing a variety of standard documents and correspondence.

2. Assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork.

3. Relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries, scheduling calendar items and meetings, making travel arrangements, processing forms etc.

4. Keep track of the goods and supplies in a store/cabin/sites

5. Manages orders to facilitate sales or production.

6. Signing off on shipments, counting the number of available products and placing orders for more inventory according to demand.

7. Possessed own transportation and no accommodations provided.

8. Normal working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm daily with alternate saturday
