**HQ Frontliner Pharmacy Admin**
- Key Job Duties_
- Provide administrative support to the clinic staff members and pharmacy dispenser staff members to ensure efficient operation of the clinic
- Record Keeping
- Data entry and record up-dating
- Handle correspondence and communication to ensure smooth information flow.
- Identify and address issues related to data quality and administrative processes.
- Assist pharmacy dispenser staff members in preparing medication
- Monitor and manage medical inventory, perform store-related duties
- Perform physical stock count and investigation for stock variance (If any)
- Handle any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
- Experience:_
- Additional education or certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Computer literacy
- Attention to details, highly organized and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on Saturday
