Job Description:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HOD) to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
2. Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the hiring process.
HR Operations and Policy Management:
1. Manage day-to-day HR operations independently.
2. Regularly review and optimize HR policies, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
3. Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support.
Training and Development
1. Adjust training strategies based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
2. Source and evaluate external training opportunities to address specific departmental needs.
Administrative Support:
1. Oversee general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and office organization.
2. Assist in maintaining accurate records, including employee files and HR databases.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
2. Proven expertise in recruitment, HR management, and employee development.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various departments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
