Production Warehouse Executive

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure production delivery schedule adheres to the Daily Production Plan and work with Planner to constantly feedback latest production capacity.
- Coordinating with Planner for schedule change requirements, scheduling for new tooling, and minimizing machine downtime for production planning.
- Ensure high productivity, minimum downtime & machine regularly maintained.
- Work together with team on quality issue, root cause and counter measure.
- Involved in productivity improvement project, energy saving project, waste reduction project & etc.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality, capacity and cost effective.
- Overall in charge of supervisors & workers attendance, performance and discipline issue.
- Review & update production output of each machines.
- To sustain plant performance in meeting quality, safety, deliverability & cost.
- To ensure safe workplace by implementing safety measure and environmental requirement.
- To train production staffs & workers in order to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with commercial, quality control, warehouse and other staff.
- To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical Engineering/ Food Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

**PREFFERED SKILLS**
- Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in process flow & process control.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 to 2500 per month

Working hour & location:

- Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm
- Able to work at Taman Perindustrian Ehsan Jaya, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
