Purchasing Executive

Assisting in sourcing suppliers and vendors (medical & non medical).
- Obtaining price quotes and negotiating contracts.
- Processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that arise.
- Assisting in analyzing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborating with other departments such as finance, production, and logistics to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Following company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all purchasing activities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
