HR & Admin Executive (Recruitment)

**Responsibilities**
Recruitment:
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure all new hire documents are completed
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Attracts applicants by placing and designing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges hiring manager interviews by coordinating schedules. Then follow up interview result and process the hiring procedures
Conducts exit interview and analyze the reason to suggest improvements
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer and manage employees' (Including outsourced contract worker) leave and attendance management to ensure timeliness and accuracy submission for payroll processing
Analyze and prepare attendance and leave report and suggest improvements areas.
To monitor foreign worker, contract worker, outsourced worker working permit and/or passport expiry or contract expiry.
Training & Development:
To assist Senior HRA Executive in conducting the training needs analysis, coordinate with training provider or internal trainer to conduct the training, work effectively with the department PIC in developing OJT and maintaining the training record and filing system in tidy and accuracy.
Industrial Relations:
To advise department on handling disciplinary matters, draft disciplinary letters and counselling the employees when needed
To analyze the attendance record and work with department manager and suggest action taken to improve the absenteeism, MC, and lateness issues.
Employees Relations or Administration:
To administer new employees registration such as collecting employee registration form and issuance badge, door access authority, uniforms, car sticker including create new profile into HR system.
Take charge in administration of employees' matters such as accommodation, transportation and welfare.
Take charge of entire administration duties of the factory including housekeeping, office supplies maintenance, company business license renewal and stationery.
Administer key monitoring by maintaining master keys and record of issuance.
Analyze employees satisfaction survey, handling grievance and employees feedback in adhere to company policy and suggest improvements areas.
To propose and implement employees engagement program such as CEO talk, CSR activities, Great Care committee, employee's birthday, employee's service award and etc
Assist in arranging company events, functions, annual dinners, trips etc.
Others:
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
