- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- To maintain staff attendance and leave record
- Daily operations and administration work
- Handling HR matters
- Assisting HR Manager in coordination of day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin Department
- To provide administrative support as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Chinese Female only**:

- Proven experience in HR administrative support
- Have experience in HR matters
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, capable of prioritising tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams and cultures.
- Detail-oriented and accurate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
