JOB DESCRIPTIONS

The HR Executive is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR team in supporting the Company’s operations and business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas: HR administrative duties, benefits administration, policy and system implementation, payroll processing, onboarding and evaluations

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure the information, documents (required to be uploaded) and data key in the Workday and Ignite is accurate and up-to-date
- Responsible to prepare the monthly payroll data (allowances, OT payments) to ensure data accurate for monthly payroll processing
- Updates and maintains Employee Orientation Program for new joiners (MY), ensuring that the new joiners know where to get necessary information related to HR and mandatory trainings (including tracking)
- Conducts Employee’s Exit clearance to make sure the employee returns all company assets on the last day of work
- Responsible for creating and maintaining employees' P-file.
- Maintains Malaysia HR Site and MY Yammer
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the implementation of policies and procedures
- Work with the Admin team to organize Company’s events such as Annual Dinner, Festival celebrations and so on
- Supports in the evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed
- Supports and works closely with the HR team in HR-related matters as and when required

Job Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in every HR discipline is required
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, Certificate in Human Resources or any discipline
- Well-versed in Employment Acts 1955
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast pace working environment
