Job Title: HR Executive Responsibilities: '¢ Responsible to provide a full spectrum of HR including end-to-end recruitment process to ensure manpower needs are met and within the required time frame. '¢ Prepare contract of employment, letter of confirmation, warning letter, memo for the staffs on implementing rules or policy. '¢ Propose, review and implement HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations from time to time. '¢ Handle employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary, and counselling on work-related problem. '¢ Calculate and monitor employee's monthly salary. '¢ Coordinate and assist the manager with employee reviews, performance appraisals, training & development, career advancement, employee engagement & staffs discipline including the completion of terminations and exit interviews. '¢ Handling the daily administrative and documentation and maintain appropriate filing of documents '¢ Liaise with the local authorities and government departments. '¢ Maintain up to date information on labour regulations. '¢ Ensure standard in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment '¢ Build and maintain good rapport with employees to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives. '¢ Initiate and assist in employee engagement activities and create a happy and fun workplace. '¢ Prepare related HR reports when necessary. '¢ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have. '¢ Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks '¢ Visit and liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters relating to human resources. '¢ To maintain confidentiality on all HR and Company matters, including staff-related issues. '¢ To assist in Immigration works. '¢ Familiar with Malaysia labour Law and Employee Act '¢ Any ad-hoc task as required by management from time to time. Requirements: '¢ Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources /Business Administration / Management field. '¢ Working Experience: Minimum 5 years and above related experience. '¢ Passionate about HR initiatives, employees' development and able to interact with people effectively. '¢ Able to meet demanding deadlines, can handle multiple tasks and projects professionally, excellent in excel, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. '¢ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. '¢ Strong in Supervision skills. '¢ Oversee all administrative tasks. '¢ Positive mindset, good attitude and high compliance. '¢ Knowledge in the Employment act and legislations such as EA 1955, IR act and Statutory Act is an added advantage. Salary range: From RM2,800.00-RM3,200.00
