**Job Descriptions**:
- To provide hands-on administrative support which include filing, drafting letters, and maintaining solid HR database and employee information inclusive of the employees’ personal details, compensation, benefits and career progression records.
- Administer for DL workers medical claim, Panel Clinic, corporate rate and etc.
- To handle DL workers medical insurance (eg. GPA, GHS, GTL) administration.
- To Maintain and ensure DL workers documentation & personal file are well organized, kept up-to date and follows and regulation of the company and ensure its confidentiality.
- Supporting the pre-boarding, on-boarding, transfer and leaver process for payroll.
- Prepare SOCSO documentation for accident cases and submit to SOCSO department for claims
- Administer the yearly performance review activities and report compilation of DL workers
- Preparation of relevant document and official letter in line with promotion, salary adjustment, bonus payout etc**.**:
- Assist in drafting disciplinary letters for DL workers.
- To ensure all equipment, tools & documents are prepared prior the orientation.
- To conduct DL worker orientation/briefing sessions.

**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to work independently and possess a strong interest in the HR services industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Posses own transport and willing to travel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
