Responsibilities: - Providing the services include but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for handling local and overseas clients’ company accounts;
- Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post to and balance general ledger, process payments and compile segments of monthly closings;
- Resolve accounting queries and issues that arise from the portfolios;
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received;
- Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation and necessary reports;
- Assist the clients to set up the business flow and handle payroll when required;
- Ensure the clients comply with all statutory obligations;
- Other ad hoc tasks. Requirements: - Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent OR a professional qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent;
- Team player, meticulous, resourceful, able to multitask and work independently;
- Able to think out of the box, self-motivated, proactive, and with strong analytical qualities;
- Excellent client relationship skills and time management skills;
- High integrity and excellent work ethics, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline;
- Possess good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude;
- Willing to work in a fast pace environment;
- Knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks Online (QBO) and Xero are added advantages;
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Applications and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets are added advantages;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
