Seafreight Coordinator

The primary role of the position is to provide and ensure a high level of customer service to our customers. This position will be located at our Sg. Ara office, Bayan Lepas.
- Handle daily operation for import and export ocean freight shipment
- Prepare customs declaration forms and permits required for customs submission
- Handle all customs formalities with the customs and other authorities with regard to customs clearance
- Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS Codes and duty/tax amount
- Coordinate smooth delivery for consignments/shipments by Ocean and Road
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents
- Send pre-alert documents
- Follow up on any shipment discrepancies
- Prepare costing and verify agent invoices for ocean shipments
**Requirements**:

- Preferable working experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding
- Good command in written and spoken for both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,893.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
