Customer Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Handle bookings, inquiries and complaint on shipment consignment
- Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer’s shipment.
- Ensure correct data key in and documentation
- To notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in the similar capacity will be advantage added.
- Proficient both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work at Batu Maung, Penang
- Able to perform overtime work when necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Seafreight Shipment Customer Services: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
