- Responsibilities & Duties : - Prepare and feedback the best costing to customer on RFQ to be competitive in the industry
- Assist in promoting company services and products and manage customer orders
- Organize business visit to customer on regular & maintain good relationship with customer occasionally
- Adherence to company rules, regulations and procedures
- Follow the established work schedule and process flows
- Provide input for performance continue improvements
Ensure customer satisfied to company of service and products supplied
- Liaison with business development manager in development of strategic plans for operational activity
- Responsible for day to day sales order processing, sales administrative support and also assisting in shipment coordination
- Perform any other tasks and duties that are essential to the objectives of the Company.
- Authority : - Issuing WO for customer orders
- Issue quotation to customerJOB SPECIFICATION:

- Minimum Core Qualifications : SPM
- Added related knowledge/
- Qualifications (desired) : Order management
- Types of Core Skills : Sales & Marketing, order management
- Level of Core Skills
- (Adv/Skilled/Semi-skilled etc) : Semi Skilled / Skilled
- Additional skills (desired) : Effective Communication, follow up & negotiation skill
- Relevant work experience & exposure (core) : At least 2 years related working experiences
- Type of Leadership traits
