**Coordinator, Customer Service - Shared **Services**

**Job Overview**
- This position is responsible in administration activities and served as a support to the truck coordinator in data entries, documents return follow up with vendors, vendors bills verifying & processing and etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in following up and monitoring the returned of Delivery Orders after job completion and submit to Billing Team within 3 working days as per KPI.
- To assist to perform FLAMES updating and monitoring to ensure compliance by both internal and external.
- To verify vendors’ bills vs the approved quotations in file within 3 working days upon bills receipt.
- To process and submit the vendors bills for actual costs capturing and payment make by the Finance Department immediately bills being verified
- Administrative related eg monthly submission in purchase of stationaries, department’s staff overtime compilation for submission, put up IT request forms for certain work required, filing etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum two (2) year’s work experiences in the logistics and transportation industry.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong determination, proactive and able to multi task and work independently in a fast pace environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Batu Maung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
