**Job Description (What you get to do)**:

- To audit, manage and enhance all aspect of digital marketing and e-commerce. Includes (Website, blog, social media, customer service, marketplaces and so on)
- Content generation and support for digital marketing, EDM, ads, e-commerce, on-ground events, etc.
- Improve traffic and lead generation strategy and customer journey, including assisting, guiding, monitoring, enhancing and optimising the customer service team
- Improve Standard Processes & Frameworks for Marketing, E-commerce (including logistics, returns, refunds, and disputes)
- Identify trends and ride on it
- Identify, evaluate and adopt new tools or technology that can help the team work better
- To ensure potential leads enquiries are attended to in accurate and timely manner including
- Maintain and improve overall digital sales target with best tools and practices.
- To assist and lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns including promotions and new
- services with partners, suppliers and so forth.
- To build good relationship and liaise closely with account managers from e-commerce platforms to
- run campaigns and etc.
- To support external sales events with strategic partners to promote IGL Coatings
- To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as
- sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc
- Maintaining product listing, update of pricing and store outlook that is in line with current trends
- whilst maintaining the IGL Coatings brand image.
- Propose promo mechanism, systems and best practices for all online platforms.
- Any ad hoc tasks given by Management

**Requirements (What we need)**:

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience as an e-commerce or customer service is preferred.
- Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate or selling digitally as added advantage.
- Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
- Able to prioritise and complete task efficiently
- Able to work independently, multitask and with a high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure.
- Good team player and can-do attitude
- Able to anticipate changes and requirements.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
