**Job Description (What you get to do)**:

- E-Commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the e-commerce operations in alignment with the company’s overall goals. This includes; website, blog, social media platforms, customer service and satisfaction, marketplaces, key account managers and so on.
- Online Marketing: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, enhance e-commerce funnel and customer acquisition. Content generation and support for digital marketing such as EDM, Ads, E-Commerce Stores, On-Ground activation.
- Product Catalog Management: Manage the online product catalog, including product information, images, pricing, and availability. Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions and visuals.
- Customer Service & Experience: Focus on improving the overall online shopping experience to boost customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor and reply to customer chats, feedback, reviews, product inquiries, complaints, logistics, returns and refunds, and take appropriate actions to address issues promptly within the SLA of platforms and operating guideline.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze website, platform and campaign performance using tools in platform and other relevant software. Generate reports on key metrics and insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketplaces, competitors, platform tools and processes to identify opportunities and improve current practices.
- Cross-Functional Support & Collaboration: Collaborate and support the marketing team to align overall business goals.
- Any ad hoc tasks given by Management

**Requirements (What we need)**:

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related courses
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as an e-commerce executive is preferred.
- Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate.
- Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce.
- Able to prioritise and complete task efficiently.
- Able to work independently, multitask and with a high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure.
- Good team player and can-do attitude.
- Able to anticipate changes and requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
