This E-commerce Operations Associate role is designed to provide support to the marketing team at Tech Harvest Capital. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the e-commerce platform.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional flyers for the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging for the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback related to the e-commerce platform, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and collaborations to drive foot traffic and enhance the brand's image through the e-commerce platform.
