We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to fill the role of Commis Chef at NOTA. Pertaining to high standards of personal hygiene and food preparation in the kitchen, we look forward to filling this position with talented personas with an immense desire to create remarkable flavorus and memorable experiences for all our guests.
- Preparing section condiments, sauces & other mise en place
- Organise chillers, freezer & dry store accordingly using FIFO methods
- Keep all station clean at all times & follow the HACCP standards
- Setup stations to be ready for lunch/dinner service
- Check the stocks availabilities & top up accordingly
- Collaborate and assist with the Head Chef to create new and innovative dishes
- Opening or closing duties
- To assist Chef on duties in operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
