Dir, Controller

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinates, administers, and controls financial operations. Provides tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Other Job Responsibilities:
Incumbent will partner with the Factory General Manager and Team to enable and launch Lam Research’s newest manufacturing facility. Individual will build a finance team and help take the new factory through multiple phases: Start-Up, Ramp, and into High Volume Manufacturing. With direct access to senior executives, you will drive highly visible projects that will have a significant impact on the direction and performance of the factory. You will have the opportunity to be a strong partner to the factory GM, providing financial perspective, delivering objective financial analysis and insights to optimize performance. Critical areas of responsibility will span all levels of Operations Finance and business controls. This includes managing and controlling all financial processes, operating expenses, headcount, budgeting, forecasting, metrics, as well as business KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree, Finance or Accounting, a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
- 15 - 20 years in high technology, particularly in semiconductors, having worked directly with high volume global manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record of partnering and influencing at the executive level with adjacent organizations like Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, GWS, HR, Legal and Corporate
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills as well as ability to build teams, attracting talented individuals
- Results-oriented, detailed, highly ethical and the ability to multi-task
