**Responsibilities**:
**Patient Reception and Registration**:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Register new patients, collect and verify personal information, and update patient records as needed.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments over the phone or in person.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize the appointment calendar.

**Administrative Duties**:
Maintain organized patient files and electronic records.
Assist in the completion of insurance forms and other administrative documentation.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information to patients as needed.

**Billing and Payments**:
Process billing information and coordinate with patients on payment arrangements.
Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing-related inquiries.

**Medical Records Management**:
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of patient medical records.
Assist in the filing and retrieval of medical records as required.

**Assistance during Examinations**:
Prepare examination rooms for patient visits.
Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures.
Monitor and record vital signs as directed.

**Supply Management**:
Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.

**Patient Education**:
Provide patients with basic information about prescribed medications, procedures, and post-treatment care.
Offer educational materials and resources as directed by healthcare providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
