Responsibilities:

- Oversee the project implementation and meet client requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings to ensure compliance with building codes.
- Ensuring that throughout the construction process, the project meets regulatory standards.
- Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.
- Visiting the site regularly to ensure the project remains on time and within specifications.
- Develop and manage a proactive communication to keep contractors informed about project progress and conditions

Requirements And Skills:

- Minimum degree or accreditation in architecture.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing, planning, and executing construction projects.
- Experience in construction detailing and specification development.
- Knowledge of building materials and methods.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of construction management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
