Apac Security Architect

What you will do
- Provide advice and support to the APAC region from an IT Security perspective:

- Handling queries relating to the global IT Security strategy and requirements including supporting project and initiative teams to ensure adherence to Nexperia security standards
- Handling queries relating to the IT Security policies and processes
- Handling queries relating to IT security incidents and alerts affecting APAC teams
- Monitoring IT security incident resolution
- Provide input to the ongoing development of the global Nexperia IT Security Strategy
- Provide input into designing the annual global security awareness training
- Develop and maintain the global IT Security policies and processes
- Take lead on APAC and global security initiatives.

What you will need
- Knowledge of IT and OT cyber security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO27001/2, IEC 62443 etc.)
- Hold or working towards relevant cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM etc.)
- Experience of designing, developing and maintaining a cyber security strategy
- Experience of performing cyber security assessments
- Experience of cyber security monitoring and vulnerability management processes and technologies
- Experience of the semi-conductor industry highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills (experience of writing policies and procedures)
- Good communication skills, ability to liaise with business partners
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
- Open minded, ready to accept new challenges
- University Degree in Information Technology or similar
- 5+ years of experience in an IT and/or OT cyber security role
- Travel required (Regionally - China, Malaysia, Philippines (possible trips to Europe))
