Finance & Admin Manager - Senai (Ref: Av)

**Responsibilities**
**①Finance**
- Supervise a team of Finance staff & oversee overall Finance operation
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management & yearly financial report.
- Prepare budget and monitor actual performance.
- Plan and manage Company's cash flow to ensure there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs.
- Perform sufficient financial analysis for management decisions.
- Establish and implement effective accounting policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
- Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, auditors, tax agents and other regulatory authorities.
**②HR**
- Supervise a team of HR staff & oversee overall HR operation.
- Handling Payroll, Recruitment, Staff Welfare, Environmental Safety/Health, Training/Development & other admin matters.
- Establish and implement effective HR policies, policies and internal controls in compliance with the local statutory requirements.
- Liaise with all HR related regulatory authorities.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience as Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- HR experience is advantageous.
- Meticulous, careful and resourceful with positive working attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
