- Assist guests with recommendations and information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
- Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings, modifications, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings, reporting any suspicious activity or incidents to management.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
