**Responsibilities**:

- (a) Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- (b) Always thank and give a fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- (c) Assist guests with table reservations.
- (d) Ensure guests are serviced within a specified time and check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- (e) Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
- (f) Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
- (g) Complete the daily responsibilities that are set for each shift.
- (h) Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
